Who we are
This website is operated by Circle Care Clinic Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17493227), with its registered office at 11 Fusion Court, Aberford Road, Garforth, LS25 2GH. Circle Care Clinic Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tags or any other tracking technologies, and it has no forms. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, so that the site can be delivered securely and reliably. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.
When you contact us
If you email us, we will receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use this information to respond to you and to manage our business relationship with you or your organisation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to business enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps towards entering into a contract with you.
We keep business correspondence for as long as it is needed for these purposes and to meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with other companies in the Circle Care Clinic group, and with service providers who help us run our business (such as email and IT providers), where this is needed for the purposes above.
International transfers
Circle Care Clinic Ltd is part of a group based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our service providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by UK data protection law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
- ask for a copy of it in a portable format, where applicable
